Board Proceedings

President Chapman called the special meeting of the Holmen Village Board to order at

8:00 PM on February 9, 2006 at the Holmen Village Hall.  All board members were present.  Also present were Gary Becker of Vierbicher Associates, Attorney Peterson and department heads Haines, Brogan and McHugh.

 

Mr. Becker provided a detailed overview of the draft copy of the Village of Holmen Impact Fee Needs Assessment Study. After lengthy review and discussion, the Board asked Mr. Becker to have a final draft ready for final review and approval in March. Mr. Becker outlined the process for review, adoption and implementation of the study, associated ordinance and administration of any fees imposed.

 

President Chapman adjourned the meeting at 8:45 PM.
