Special Board Meeting

October 23, 2003

 

President Chapman called the special meeting of the Holmen Village Board to order at 6:30 PM on October 23, 2003 at the Village Hall.  All members were present.

 

The Village Board reviewed the 2004 General Fund, Debt Service, Water Utility and Sewer Utility budgets.  The proposed budgets included expenditures of $3,939,270, $384,600, $478,580 and $553,000 for the General Fund, Debt Service Fund, Water Utility and Sewer Utility respectively.   Alberts presented the significant addition and deletions to the 2004 budgets.  He also presented the estimated 2003 mill rate and 2004 sewer rates. 

 

Motion by Proctor, seconded by Anderson to approve the 2004 budgets for publication.  Carried Unanimously.  The Board set the public hearing for the 2004 budgets at 6:30 PM on November 20, 2003.

 

Motion by Anderson, seconded by Proctor to adjourn at 7:05 PM.  Carried Unanimously.
