Board Proceedings

April 6, 2005

 

President Chapman called the special meeting of the Holmen Village Board to order at 6:30 PM on April 6, 2005 at the Holmen Village Hall.  All members were present. Also present were Village Administrator Catherine Schmit, Park & Recreation Director Mike Brogan and Attorney Richard Lehmann of Boardman Law Office.

 

Motion by Seitz, seconded by Anderson to go into closed session per WI Statutes 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel regarding likely litigation. Carried unanimously.

 

 

 

Motion by Anderson, seconded by Hauser to return to open session at 7:33 PM. Carried unanimously.

 

Motion by Seitz, seconded by Anderson to approve Resolution 5.05 Regarding Park Fees and Impact Fees, as amended. Carried unanimously.

 

Motion by Anderson, seconded by Seitz to adjourn the meeting at 7:35 PM. Carried unanimously.
