Board Proceedings

President Proctor called the Special Holmen Village Board meeting to order at 7:30 PM on December 17, 2009 at the Holmen Village Hall. All Board members were present. Also present was Jim Geissner from People’s First Firm.
Motion by Olson, seconded by Seitz at 7:31 to go into closed session per WI Statutes 19.95(1) (c) discuss personnel issues(s). Carried unanimously. Discussion items only in closed session.
Motion by Olson, seconded by Forde at 8:52 to return to open session. Carried unanimously.
Motion by Szak, seconded by Olson to adjourn at 8:53 PM. Carried unanimously.
