Board Proceedings
June 11, 2009
President Proctor called the Special Holmen Village Board meeting to order at 6:30 PM on June 11, 2009 at the Holmen Village Hall. All Board members were present. Also present was Park & Recreation Director Brogan.
President Proctor introduced two individuals willing to serve out her vacant Trustee term on the Village Board. Mr. Tony Horvath and Mr. Chris Schmid. Each individual was provided an opportunity to introduce themselves and address the Board. The Board of Trustees was provided an opportunity to address each of the candidates.
Motion by Olson, seconded by Seitz to adjourn at 6:45 PM. Carried unanimously.
