Village of Holmen

Special Meeting

April 27, 2010

 

President Proctor called the Holmen Village Board meeting to order at 6:30 PM on April 27, 2010 at the Holmen Village Hall in the Community Room due to the occupation of the Board Room by the U.S. Census workers for the week. 

 

Present:  Nancy Proctor, Neal Forde, Mark Seitz, Richard Anderson.  Also present were Carter Arndt (Architect of MSA and author of facilities study), Robert Haines, and Administrator/Clerk Mary Willett.

 

At 6:32 p.m., Mark Seitz/Neal Forde motioned to convene into closed session per Wisconsin §19.85(2)(e) to deliberate the proposals in the draft of the Village Facilities Study.  The motion carried unanimously on a voice vote.

 

Mark Seitz/Richard Anderson motioned to reconvene into closed session at 8:25 p.m. per Wisconsin §19.85(2).  The motion carried unanimously on a voice vote.

 

Mark Seitz/Richard Anderson motioned to adjourn.  Carried.  The meeting adjourned at 8:31 p.m.
