Special Board Proceedings

President Proctor called the
Holmen Village Board meeting to order at 7:45 PM on May 25, 2010 at the Holmen
Village Hall.
Present: Nancy Proctor, Ryan Olson, Neal Forde, Mark
Seitz, Tony Szak, Michael Dunham, Richard Anderson, Robert Haines, Richard
Berg, Alan Peterson and Mary Willett.

motioned to grant the extraterritorial approval to the Cottonwood Estates in
the Town of
Ryan Olson/Tony Szak motioned
to approve the office equipment proposal as presented for $4,087.05 for office
chairs, keyboard trays, storage shelves and a lateral file for the Village Hall
Main office. The motion carried 6-1,
with trustee Michael Dunham voting against the motion.

motioned to adjourn. The motion carried
and the meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
