MINUTES

 

 

ATTENDANCE:  President Nancy Proctor, Neal Forde, Tony Szak, Mike Dunham,

Ryan Olson, Richard Anderson

ALSO IN ATTENDANCE: Attorney Kyle Guyla

 

 

(1)               Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm

(2)               Motion by R. Olson, second by M Seitz to go into closed session

Motion carried unanimously

 

(3)               Motion by M Seitz, second by M Dunham to reconvene into open session         Motion carried unanimously

(4)                    

(5)               Discussion on VILLAGE/AFSCME tentative collective bargaining agreement

motion by M Seitz, second by T Szak to approve agreement. A roll call was taken, motion passed unanimously.

 

Atty. Guyla will prepare a statement for the press, which will be distributed

to the full Board before insertion into the Courier/Tribune. President

Proctor will pass the statement to Randy Erickson upon its approval.

 

Suggestion by the Board was to have our Employee Manual updated in the

next few months, to coincide with parts of the contract.

 

Motion by M Seitz, second by R Anderson to adjourn at 8:40 pm
