Special Board Proceedings
February 21, 2011
President Proctor called the
Holmen Village Special Board meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. on
February 21, 2011 at the Holmen
Village Hall.
Present: Nancy Proctor, Ryan Olson, Neal Forde,
Richard Anderson, Mark Seitz, Tony Szak and Michael Dunham. Also
present were Angie Hornberg, Randy Erickson and John Chapman.
At 7:11 p.m., Tony Szak/Mark Seitz motioned to convene into closed session by
the authority of Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1) (c) and (e) consideration of
Village Administrator/Clerk job status.
The motion carried unanimously following a voice vote.
At 8:07 p.m., Tony Szak/Mike Dunham motioned to reconvene into open session by
the authority of §19.85(2). The motion
carried unanimously following a voice vote.
Ryan Olson/Rich Anderson
motioned to proceed with termination of Administrator/Clerk Mary Willett
pursuant to Section 9B of her current contract.
The motion carried unanimously.
Ryan Olson/Mark Seitz
motioned to adjourn. Motion carried. The
meeting adjourned at 8:09 p.m.
