Group Fitness Classes @ Be Fit Gym Instructor: Tracy Kneifl Two Great Courses will be offered to start your weekend off with a great total body workout! Butts & Guts This class will primarily focus on the muscles in your body from your waist down. That's right-abs, butt, thighs, and calves. We will do both mat and standing toning each session that we meet. Many of the moves we will do will be related to the Pilates method of strengthening from the core on out! Needed Equipment: 2.5lb ankle weights, a long resistance/body band that you can tie around your legs, and a mat. Circuit Training
This calorie burning/muscle toning course will give you a total body workout in just one hour. The design of this course will encompass high calorie burning cardio intervals followed by toning that is sure to work your whole body. The cardio sessions will include both cardio kickboxing moves and calisthenics. Toning intervals will focus on abs, arms and legs. Sleep in each Saturday morning and get your workout in before lunch!
