Chair Aerobics for Older Adults

 

The Village of Holmen has contracted with the La Crosse Area Family YMCA to offer weekly chair aerobics group exercise classes on Wednesdays at the Holmen Village Hall Community Room. Discover what so many Holmen area seniors already have.

  • Wednesdays

  • Dates: Ongoing

  • Time: 11:00am

  • Open to: 55 & Older

  • Fee: FREE, must have paid senior meal through La Crosse County Meal Program.

Exercise in a comfortable group setting among friends and then enjoy a meal together.
