Group Fitness Classes - Adults

The Holmen Park & Recreation Department strives to offer a wide variety of group fitness classes for adults of all ages. Course schedules, class types and sessions will change through out the year. See our class lists below for Classes currently in progress, as well as a list of upcoming classes to register for. It is our goal to meet the fitness needs and accommodate schedules of as many residents as possible with classes at an affordable price!

 

Holmen Park & Rec Group Fitness Classes

Holmen Park & Recreation has partnered with Be Fit Gym in Holmen to further our vision of offering excellent group fitness offerings, year round, in a great setting and at an affordable price. This partnership allows Holmen Park & Recreation to offer fitness class participants the opportunity to use the studio room at Be Fit for our class needs.

Registration for Holmen Park & Rec Classes with still take place online here, or at Holmen Village Hall. Be Fit Gym Members receive a discount (must register at village hall for discount) on Holmen Park & Rec Classes that are held at Be Fit.
