Nomination forms are available at the Holmen Village hall or online at www.holmenwi.com/holmenpr.  There is no fee to enter, simply complete the registration form with your family's information and address to be eligible to win. Nomination Deadline is December 18

Judges will be out to see your display the week of December 22-24.

The contest is open to Village of Holmen RESIDENTS only.
