2004 LIFEGUARD TRAINING CLASSES

Dates:       June 21-July 2, 2004   M-F (10 day class)  

Times:       MUST ATTEND ALL DATES & TIMES

·       5:00pm to 8:00pm (Monday-Friday, 2 weeks)

 Location:  Holmen Aquatic Center

                   315 Anderson St.

                   Holmen, WI 54636

 Fee:           $200.00 (includes books)

·       No refunds (unless class is cancelled)

·       15 ½ years of age at time of class.

·       Strong swimmer

·       ATTEND ALL CLASSES!

·       Swim 500 yards continuously.

·       Demonstrate competency to 80% on all tests.
