Pilates Classes - FallImprove strength, flexibility, and reduce stress!! 2007 FALL CLASSES: Pilates will help you improve strength, balance and flexibility through the coordination of breathing and flowing movement, sequential exercises, and precise body positioning. Two sessions will be offered in an inviting atmosphere for beginners. Certified Instructor: Mandy
