The Park and Recreation Department has teamed up with the La Crosse Family YMCA and La Crosse County to offer weekly chair aerobics classes!

Beginning September 16, 2009

Fee: FREE

Days: Wednesdays

Open To: 55 and Older

Where: Holmen Village Hall, Nutrition Room

(421 S. Main St., Holmen, WI)

Time: 11:00am - 11:30am

Participants will be asked to fill out a form at their first session.
