TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
"TBC"
Get in shape while enjoying the great outdoors! Certified
fitness instructor, Tracy Kneifl, will lead you through exercises that will tone
your entire body. This dynamic class will challenge every major muscle group in
your body and get your heart rate up. A typical class will consist of a half
hour run/walk and end with thirty minutes of strength training.

Bring 3 to 5 lb. hand weights and a mat!!
