Boys & Girls Ages 7-14
TRAVELING SOCCER: (AGES 7-14) “Coulee Region Soccer League” The Park and Recreation Department will offer a great opportunity for boys and girls ages 7-14. Players in the traveling soccer program will be placed on teams that play in the Coulee Region Soccer League. League games will be played on Saturdays AND Sundays and will involve travel to outside communities. (NO transportation will be provided) Boys will play in a boy's league and girls will play in a girl's league. Parent Volunteer Coaches are needed for all teams. Tentative season practice details listed below. PLAYERS MUST REGISTER BY: TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 2nd - This is a mandatory league deadline! Players will be placed on teams according to age not grade (similar to baseball/softball) What Age Group is Your Child for the 2010 spring soccer season?
Divisions & Schedule for 1st day of practice: (All practices held outside, please dress for the weather!) o Players will meet as a large group this day and be broken out into teams; age groups may be combined to make teams. Players will receive team assignment & schedule on this day. Practice schedule will be set by your coach and will vary by team. Typically 1-2 practices per week and games on Saturdays AND Sundays. Season Dates: Start date listed above – May 30th (Games begin April 10th) League Dates: 4/10, 4/11, 4/17, 4/18, 4/24, 4/25, 5/8, 5/15, 5/16, 5/22, 5/23 ~ Subject to change Tournaments: Tomah 5/1, 5/2 & La Crosse 6/4, 6/5 Fee: $60.00* per player * Fees are based on league & tournament costs per player * Tournaments are included as part of League Schedule Volunteer Head coaches’ child can play for free! Coaches needed for all teams. Mandatory Coaches Meeting is on Tuesday, March 9th at 7:00pm at the Holmen Village Hall
* Soccer program registration for Ages 7-14 will be accepted at the Village Hall or left in the drop box until February 2nd.

Volunteer Coaches are needed for all soccer teams. Head Coaches children play for free! Please call 526-2152 or sign up on the registration form if interested. The Mandatory Coaches Meeting is on Tuesday, March 10th at 7:00pmat the Holmen Village Hall (421 S. Main St.).
