The Holmen Park & Recreation
Department is pleased to announce a partnership with
Be Fit Gym
in Holmen Square. This partnership offers Holmen Park & Recreation fitness class
participants the opportunity to use the Studio and Locker Rooms at Be Fit
for our classes. Other great participant benefits will be announced as the
partnership develops. Registration for these classes will continue through
Holmen Park & Recreation using our
online registration system,
or
through our department office in the Holmen Village Hall.
Be Fit Gym members
receive a $5 discount on registration fees for Holmen Park & Rec fitness classes
held at Be Fit.

Burn and Firm Pilates - NEW

Kneifl
Class Description
- Strive to be the best version of yourself! With this burn and firm Pilates
class you will be able to create longer, leaner muscles. We start each class
by focusing on the core muscles in our body. After the core muscles
(abdominal region and back) are burning we will move onto firming the legs,
glut's, and arms. This class will incorporate 3 lb hand weights and a
stability ball.
Equipment Needed:
- For Women: 3 to 5 lb hand weights, stability ball, and a
mat.
- For men: 8 to 10lb hand weights, a stability ball and a mat.
Cardio Pilates - NEW

Class Description
- Step it up a notch and get more calorie burning accomplished with this
invigorating Pilates class! This class incorporates classic Pilates
movements with low-impact cardio exercises. We will focus on body-reshaping,
strengthening, balance, and flexibility. Guided by certified Pilates
instructor, Tracy Kneifl, Cardio Pilates is a class for anyone who enjoys
the mind-body synergy of classic Pilates and cardio exercise.
Equipment Needed:
- For Women: 3 or 5 lb hand weights, resistance band, and a
mat.
- For men: 8 or 10 lb
hand weights, a resistance band, and a mat.
