MOBILE HOME PARKS

ARTICLE I

Monthly Parking Fees

§ 105-1.  Collection of fees.

Each mobile home park operator within the village limits of the Village of Holmen shall collect monthly from each occupied mobile home occupying space or lots within his mobile home park the monthly parking permit fee assessed against said mobile home by the Village of Holmen pursuant to Section 66.058(3)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes. 

§ 105-2.  Payment of fees to Treasurer.

All amounts collected by each mobile home park operator shall be paid by said mobile home park operator to the Treasurer of the Village of Holmen on or before the 10th day of the month following the month for which such parking permit fee is due.  

ARTICLE II

Condominium Inspection Fees

§ 105-3.  Establishment and allocation of fees.

Prior to or during the installation of a mobile home on any mobile home park condominium lot in the Village of Holmen, there will be an inspection fee of $60. The mobile home unit will be inspected by the Village Inspector and a fee assessed. The fee shall be allocated as follows: $35 to the Inspector and $25 to the Village of Holmen.
